As a supervisor, this may be the first question you asked yourself when you read that Purdue now has a policy to cover amorous dating relationships between a student and a faculty member, a graduate teaching or research assistant, or any other Purdue employee who has either educational responsibility over a student or supervisory responsibilities for staff. - PUSH no longer treating employees injured on the job as of July 1
Supervisors need to be aware that effective July 1, 2009, the Purdue University Student Health Center (PUSH) will no longer provide treatment for University employees who are injured on the job. - Taking care of the caregivers
More than 50 million people provide care for a chronically ill, disabled, or aging family member or friend during any given year. Whoever said that family matters must stay out of the workplace has never been a caregiving family member.
