HR to increase efficiency through new structure
With an eye toward better meeting the University's core business needs, Human Resources embraced a new organizational structure in January.
"The new structure will be more transparent and will provide greater HR accountability for processes and services," says Luis Lewin, vice president for Human Resources.

Restructuring efforts began in March 2010 when Lewin initiated a series of conversations with the senior leadership of the University, the HR Advisory Committee, his direct reports and each employee in the West Lafayette campus's central HR organization.
