Counseling and referral services
WorkLife Programs Employee Assistance offers confidential and professional on-site counseling and referral services to benefits-eligible employees.
Employee Assistance counselors are available to help employees address a wide range of issues, whether they relate to an employee's personal life, family, or job.
Employee assistance services are also available to official retirees, dependent family members, spouses/same-sex domestic partners, and to families of deceased employees.
Employee Assistance services include counseling and referral services; substance abuse assessments and referrals; emergency interventions; supervisor consultations; customized education on behavioral risk management; and mental health resources.
The Employee Assistance office is located at the State Street Office Facility (SSOF), 1601 W. State St., West Lafayette. Office hours are 8 a.m.-noon and 1-5 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
