Ben & Maxine Miller Child Learning Center

The Ben and Maxine Miller Child Learning Center, operated by The Department of Child Development & Family Studies, is a place where young children and families learn and grow. Actively engaging the world around them, each day children, teachers, parents, researchers, and university students play and work together, creating a safe, loving community of discovery. The program provides child development practica and student teaching experiences for Purdue students, fulfills a need in the community for high quality early education and care, and offers a site for child development research to serve the learning, discovery, and engagement missions at Purdue. The center is open first to children of faculty, staff, and Purdue students. The center is also available to the general public. The program is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young Children.
