Who's eligible to use the center?
Primary care, preventive care and treatment of common illnesses
Purdue Incentive and Purdue Copay participants are eligible for the following:
- Preventive care at no charge (age 18 and older)
See what's considered preventive care - Non-preventive care for a $10 copay (age 8 weeks and older)
Purdue Choice Fund participants are eligible for the following:
- Preventive care at no charge (age 18 and older)
See what's considered preventive care - Non-preventive care for "fair market value" prices (age 8 weeks and older)
Paying fair market value prices is in keeping with IRS regulations applying to high-deductible medical plans.
Benefits-eligible employees who are not covered by a Purdue medical plan are eligible for preventive and primary care and treatment of common illnesses for fair market value prices. The center will provide a receipt that the employee may submit to his or her outside medical plan.
Graduate staff will continue to use PUSH for onsite health care services.
Additional health, life and support services
All benefits-eligible employees, regardless of medical plan participation, are eligible for the following services at no charge:
- Wellness coaching
- Registered dietitian services
- Medication therapy management
- Employee assistance counselor services
Graduate staff will continue to use their current campus resources.
