For those covered by the Purdue Incentive or Purdue Copay medical plans
You and your covered dependents get:
- Preventive care at no charge (age 18 and older)

For those covered by the Purdue Choice Fund medical plan
You and your covered dependents get:
- Preventive care at no charge (age 18 and older)
See what's considered preventive care - Non-preventive care at hard-to-beat prices (age 8 weeks and older)
You pay “fair market value” fees, in keeping with IRS regulations applying to high-deductible medical plans.
Use Castlight to compare health care costs, including prices for lab work.
For all benefits-eligible employees, regardless of medical plan participation
You get the following services at no charge:
- Health coaching
- Registered dietitian services
- Medication management
- Employee assistance counseling
Payment options
- All major credit cards and debit cards are accepted, including health savings account (HSA) and flexible spending account (FSA) debit cards.
- In addition, Purdue Incentive and Purdue Copay participants may pay their $10 office copay by payroll deduction. The employee’s authorization for payroll deduction will be required at the time of service.
- The center does not accept checks or cash.
