Purdue University helps your child fight the flu …
Don’t delay, get your child’s flu shot today!
The Center for Healthy Living on Purdue University’s West Lafayette campus can help your child fight the flu. Free, seasonal flu vaccines are only offered to dependents covered on benefits-eligible Purdue employees’ health plans. * The Center for Healthy Living is hosting a one-day pediatric flu shot event for covered dependents of Purdue employees. You don’t need an appointment, just walk in when it’s convenient, bring your PUID and get your child vaccinated. It’s really that simple.
*The Center for Healthy Living will administer the Sanofi Fluzone quadrivalent (injectable form only) for children 6 months to 4 years of age and the Novartis Fluvirin, trivalent, pre-filled syringe injectable (trace preservative - thimerosal) for children ages 4 and over. See your provider if you need an alternative.
