  • *The employee's medical premium tier is based on the employee's full-time equivalent annual salary.

  • The actual charge assessed per benefits-eligible employee is $11,024 for 2015 and $9,750 for 2016, which is an average of the overall University contribution.

Same-Sex Domestic Partners:

  • Medical coverage for same-sex domestic partners and children of same-sex domestic partners is available. The rates for coverage are the same as the rates listed above for spouse, children, and family; however, IRS regulations require different taxing of contributions and benefits.
