Human Resource Services — Staff Benefits is pleased to bring you this Web site in conjunction with the Faculty Compensation and Benefits Committee (FCBC).

This site provides an opportunity for all benefit-eligible Purdue employees to provide feedback that will allow Staff Benefits and FCBC to continue to improve Purdue’s benefit programs and ensure that they are customer-friendly.

We are interested in:

• Suggestions you have for expanded benefit coverages, particularly if Purdue’s peer institutions provide the enhancements you are suggesting.
• Your suggestions for improving the benefit programs currently in place.
• Your opinion about whether the benefit information you receive during the year is satisfactory and whether your access to information is adequate.
• Specific problems you have encountered in obtaining services or being reimbursed for expenses.
• Positive comments about the benefit programs.
• Your opinions about which benefits are the most valuable and important.

To make the information collected through this site manageable, please be brief and specific. Please provide all relevant details, including:

• If you have resolved a problem, what actions did you take and how long did it require to resolve the situation?
• If you have an unresolved problem, what actions have you taken and what help have you sought?
