Meet at the West Lafayette campus with someone from Anthem to discuss medical plan options, details about plan coverage and any other questions or requests you may have for Anthem. Stop in without an appointment during any of these times:

Connect with a counselor for universal life, critical illness, and accident insurance
The universal life benefit is only available through certified counselors. You’ll be able to connect with a certified counselor in person or by phone during open enrollment.
Although you do not need the services of a certified counselor to enroll in the critical illness benefit or accident insurance, these counselors are knowledgeable about these coverages, too, and can answer any questions you may have and help you enroll. During this open enrollment period, you may elect a critical illness plan that pays up to $20,000 without answering questions about your health.
Call 855-892-6224 to talk with a certified counselor or to arrange a face-to-face meeting at the West Lafayette campus. Appointments to discuss voluntary benefits will be offered on Oct. 30, Oct. 31, Nov. 8 and Nov. 13.
Voluntary benefit counselors will be on-site at the West Lafayette campus to provide general information through the following walk-in help sessions. No appointment is needed.
