Benchmarking Studies

Pacific Resources, a consulting firm that specializes in employee leaves and benefits, undertook a benchmarking process to find out how Purdue’s leaves program compares to the programs of other universities, the state of Indiana and employers in industry.


Leaves Information Sessions

The schedule of open employee information sessions regarding leaves is below. The focus of these sessions will be as additional forums with Human Resources during which faculty and staff can continue to provide feedback and have their questions about leaves answered.

  • Benefits-eligible faculty and staff is the target audience.
  • No reservation is required, however there will be maximum capacity (around 80) at each session; when capacity is reached, anyone over that will need to attend a different session.
  • If there are areas that cannot make use of these sessions and need someone to come in and talk, Benefits will be willing to assist. Special requests from departments should be sent to timeoff@purdue.edu.
