Each time you need care you have a choice to make – you can use providers in CIGNA's Open Access Plus network or you have the option to use providers outside the network.
The plan has separate deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums for out-of-network providers. There are no deductibles or out-of-pocket maximums when you use in-network providers.
