Incentive PPO, available at all Purdue campuses, is a “Preferred Provider Organization” (PPO) that allows you to seek care from any doctor or medical provider you choose.  

Each time you need health care, you decide whether to use providers in the PPO's network.  If you decide to use network providers, your benefits will be better.  If you prefer to go outside the PPO network--to any provider of your choice--you're still protected by coverage, but at a lower benefit.
