Same-Sex Domestic Partners:
- Medical coverage for same-sex domestic partners and children of same-sex domestic partners is available. The rates for coverage are the same as the rates listed above for spouse, children, and family; however, IRS regulations require different taxing of contributions and benefits.
Flexible Spending Accounts:
- Maximum amount employee can contribute to the Health Care FSA is $6,000.
- Maximum amount employee can contribute to the Day Care FSA is $5,000.
