Thanksgiving 2007 and Fall Harvest Food Drive

Honors College collected and donated 301 pounds of non-perishable food items to the Fall Harvest Food Drive, campus-wide food drive at Purdue. Honors College surpassed its goal of 250 pounds! As part of the Honors College food collection, collection boxes were available in the Lyceum Learning Community and Honors College office. Honors College coordinated a thanksgiving themed dinner to boost food collections. In exchange for dinner, Honors College students were expected to donate at least 1 non-perishable food item. The Honors College food collection was organized by the Director's Advisory Board's (DAB) external committee members. DAB members who coordinated the food collection include Elizabeth Day, Christy Heman, Aalap Dighe, Erin Walsh, and Christy Heman.
