Academic Requirements

To continue in the University Honors Program (UHP), a cumulative grade-point average of 3.6 (on a 4.0 scale) must be maintained and steady progress toward completion of UHP courses and degree requirements.

Courses

HONR courses reflect a diversity of disciplines. Instructors chosen to teach HONR courses, will have demonstrated excellence in the classroom and in their discipline.

Scholarships / Fellowships

The National/International Scholarship Director assists all Purdue undergraduates interested in pursuing major national scholarships. Most of these scholarships provide funding for graduate study, while others provide funding for undergraduate study. Applicants can receive one-on-one advising, feedback on application essays, as well as choose to attend writing or interviewing workshops.   For more information, please visit www.purdue.edu/niso
