A visit to campus is the best way to ensure that the College of Health and Human Sciences is the right fit. You and your family can meet with an Academic Advisor or speak with a current student, and you have the opportunity to attend a class within your selected major. Accept Your Offer of Admission

Accept your offer of admission as soon as possible, but no later than May 1.

Apply for HHS Scholarships

Learn about scholarships available to all first year HHS students and scholarships specific to HHS majors. Apply for HHS Scholarships by January 1.

Apply for Financial Aid

The deadline to complete the FAFSA is March 1; however, we recommend completing your FAFSA by January 1, for prime consideration.

Register for STAR

STAR is Purdue University's mandatory summer orientation program for incoming students. After students pay their deposits, they are sent information on how to sign up for STAR, see preparing for your STAR visit for more information.

Register for BGR and Learn about Learning Communities

Visit the Orientation and Transitions webpage to learn more about registering for Boiler Gold Rush (BGR) and a learning community.

Register for an Upper-Level Mentor

The HHS Success Mentor/Mentee program is an intentionally-designed, formal mentoring program for incoming students that empowers students through peer interaction to engage in meaningful self-discovery and growth while building connections to achieve success in their educational and life pursuits.
