HHS Success Mentors Program
The HHS Mentor/Mentee Program is an intentionally structured, formal mentoring program for undergraduate mentors and mentees. Participants gain knowledge, skills, and abilities essential to their academic, personal, and professional success. Sophomore, junior, and senior mentors provide academic support, psychological and emotional support, goal-setting and career support, and role modeling to first-year student mentees.
Mentors and Mentees participate in:
- Biweekly Mentor/Mentee Group Activities
- Biweekly One-on-One Mentoring – each Mentor/Mentee pair is responsible for their one-one-one mentoring relationship
- Monthly Mentor Meetings (for Mentors only) provide updates, continued training, and small-group reflection and discussion for Mentors
Mentors and Mentees are excused from events and meetings for class, exams, and emergencies only.
