I was born in Ft. Wayne, IN, but I grew up in St. Simons Island, GA and consider that my hometown.

  • M.Ed. in Instructional Leadership, University of Illinois at Chicago
  • B.A. in Art History, The University of Georgia

  • Assistant for Communications, International Programs, and Diversity in the College of Health and Human Sciences - Purdue University
  • Teacher - Chicago Public Schools
  • Digital Marketing Supervisor - 360i

Advice for Boilermakers:

Make a point to get out of your comfort zone. Study abroad, volunteer, join an organization, or attend an event at one of Purdue’s cultural centers. These types of activities will broaden your perspective and will open up opportunities that you might not have considered otherwise.

Fun Facts:

  • I grew up on an island.
  • I have two adopted cats, Buck and Winston.
  • Before earning my masters I spent six weeks teaching English in Trujillo, Peru.
