Faculty Mentoring

Every tenure-track, research, and clinical/professional faculty member in the College of Health and Human Sciences is entitled to high-quality faculty mentoring.  This policy, which was approved in Spring 2014, is the foundation for the mentoring system that is described in the Faculty Mentoring Policy and Guidelines of the College of Health and Human Sciences. Faculty with questions about any aspect of the mentoring system can contact their unit head, their unit’s member of the HHS Faculty Affairs Committee, or Susie Swithers, the college’s Associate Dean for Faculty Affairs.
