Donald R. Ottinger Award for Undergraduate Research in Psychology
Description:
The Donald R. Ottinger Award is given to a junior Psychological Sciences major who has demonstrated excellence in research activities. Each winner will have her/his name inscribed on a plaque displayed in the department, a certificate, and a check for $300.
Deadline:
March 1 of each year
Selection and criterion:
Selected by the Undergraduate Committee of the Department of Psychological Sciences on the basis of excellence in research.
Application materials:
- Vita/Resume
- Letter of recommendation from a faculty member (sent directly to the Director of Undergraduate Studies)
- Cover letter that summarizes information relevant to the award criteria
