Kranz Lab Mission
The Kranz Lab is committed to making an impact on the health of children by learning more about food intake behavior, diet quality, and how they are related to chronic diseases and by developing and implementing methods to improve dietary intake behavior, nutrition, and diet quality with the goal of maintaining optimal growth and development and preventing chronic diseases throughout childhood.
The Kranz lab provides opportunities to learn while participating in the development, implementation, analysis, and dissemination of research related to child nutrition.
