The College of Health and Human Sciences (HHS) is proud to recognize HHS Student Ambassadors Calin Cochran (Health Sciences) and Lindsay Lausten (Psychological Sciences) as 2014 500 Festival Princesses.

Each year college age women from all over Indiana apply to become a 500 Festival Princess. After much deliberation by the 500 Festival Committee delegates, a group of 33 girls is chosen based on poise, communication skills, academic performance, and community and volunteer involvement. The 33 princesses then help to spread the word about the 500 Festival through activities they arrange in their communities.
