Public Health Student Association

The Public Health Student Association (PHSA) serves graduate students interested in the public health discipline. The organization promotes a community of public health graduate students through interaction, peer support and mentoring. Through educational programs and professional development events, we strive to foster relationships between graduate students, public health practitioners and researchers. PHSA promotes the increased development of the Public Health Program as a whole by providing opportunities for input and feedback between faculty and students.

Events

Each semester, PHSA provides opportunities for members to give back to the community. This includes volunteering at local organizations and on-campus events. Socials throughout the semester help to keep members connected to their public health colleagues. An annual trip to the Indiana Joint National Public Health Week Conference enables students to engage with public health professionals, students and faculty across the state.
