The Boiler Bistro is a training laboratory for our second-year students taking HTM 291. These students gain experience by working in a different food preparation area each week. While in the Boiler Bistro, the students learn about the operations of a quick-service style restaurant with food ranging from traditional American fast-food (such as burgers and fries) to healthy options like fruits and vegetables pulled from Purdue Farms.
Location: Marriott Hall Atrium
Hours: The Boiler Bistro is open Monday - Friday, 11:00 am - 1:30 pm
Orders can be made take to table in the Marriott Hall Atrium Food Court, or to take to-go to enjoy elsewhere on campus.
