Boiler Bistro

Located in Marriott Hall | 900 West State Street - West Lafayette, Indiana 47907

The Boiler Bistro is a training laboratory for our second-year students taking HTM 291. These students gain experience by working in a different food preparation area each week. While in the Boiler Bistro, the students learn about the operations of a quick service style restaurant with food ranging from traditional American fast-food (such as burgers and fries) to healthy options like fruits and vegetables pulled from Purdue Farms.

Orders can be made take to the tables in the Marriott Hall Atrium Food Court or to take to-go to enjoy elsewhere on campus.
