Pre-Chiropractic Health Sciences Concentration

This program is specifically designed for students interested in diagnosing and treating disease without the use of drugs, medicine, or surgery. Chiropractors utilize manipulation of the spine and extremities, as well as lifestyle and nutrition counseling to promote wellness and to prevent and treat disease. The pre-chiropractic concentration includes prerequisites for chiropractic school; however, this program also goes beyond the minimum requirements to ensure that students are prepared for the rigors of a professional program. Examples of courses within the curriculum include general biology, anatomy and physiology, medical terminology, general chemistry, organic chemistry, physics, calculus, physics, psychology, sociology, and statistics.
