Research Interests: Effects
Anna's research interests are two-fold. Although her specialization is in the field of exercise physiology, she has completed work in the area of sport psychology as well; specifically, looking at barriers to physical activity among college students. Furthermore, she is interested in assessing how to overcome these barriers and effectively promote physical activity on college campuses. Regarding exercise physiology, Anna's interests include the effects of various types of supplementation on metabolism. She is currently studying the potential effects of conjugated linoleic acid on resting metabolic rate.
