Research Interests:

In broad terms, Dr. Barry’s research agenda examines alcohol-related beliefs, perceptions, attitudes, and behaviors of college students. However, he has a particular interest in examining how individuals interpret, conceptualize, and practice responsible drinking -- a central health message in both brewer-sponsored advertising and public health research.
