The 2013 PALS registration will be held at Lafayette Tecumseh Junior High School on the following dates and times:
No registrations will be accepted after May 26.
On registration days, we will be providing the necessary forms that need to be completed as well as providing a free medical examination for those who need it. While the children are going through the medical examinations, parents and guardians are encouraged to attend a parents' meeting that will give an overview of our program and our expectations.
Please bring identification documents and other related material to the registration. We are also accepting IHSAA Physical Evaluation forms, which can be found online at this link.
