PALS Participants Receive:

  • daily USDA-approved meals
  • t-shirt
  • transportation to campus where possible
  • a medical examination
  • accident-medical insurance coverage
  • interaction with college students and staff
  • swimming, physical fitness, and a variety of other sports which may include soccer, basketball, softball, tennis, or volleyball
  • alcohol- and other drug-abuse prevention education
  • nutrition, personal health, and citizenship skills
  • fun experience in art, computers, writing, and community service learning

How to Register

The 2012 PALS Registration will be held at Tecumseh Middle School on the following dates and times:

  • Tuesday, May 8: 5:00pm-9:00pm
  • Thursday, May 9: 5:00pm-9:00pm
  • Wednesday, May 10: 5:00pm-9:00pm

Registration Days

On registration days, we will be providing the necessary forms that need to be completed as well as providing a free medical examination for those who need it. While the children are going through the medical examinations, parents and guardians are encouraged to attend a Parents' Meeting that will give an overview of our program and our expectations.

Documents

Please bring identification documents and other related material to the registration. We are also accepting IHSAA Physical Evaluation forms. You may find them online at this link.
