I am currently working with Dr. Germán Posada on a study that takes a cross-cultural approach to examining secure base behavior and maternal sensitivity in early childhood. Additionally, we will be starting a project this fall with Dr. Ted Wachs from the Psychology Department that will examine the relations between attachment security, maternal sensitivity, and chaos in the home for a sample of mothers and their infants. I also work with Dr. Leah Hibel where we examine child physiology and the role that mother's play in regulating this physiology from a biosocial perspective.
