Holly Schrank

Dr. Schrank's research interests include acceptance and adjustment to change. Her early work focused on endogenous change such as consumer decisions and consumer characteristics and roles that facilitated change. Her current work focuses on the impact of exogenous change on small businesses, and includes study of survival and demise, adjustment strategies, and the role of family and community in business resilience.
