Jason Clark

Jason K. Clark earned his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Purdue University (2007) and is an Associate Professor in the Department of Consumer Science. Prior to his current position, Dr. Clark was an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences at the University of Iowa.

Dr. Clark conducts experimental research in social and consumer psychology—with an emphasis on factors that guide how people cognitively process information conveyed in social communications. Dr. Clark’s research has been funded by the National Science Foundation and has been published in many leading journals including Advances in Experimental Social Psychology, the Journal of Personality and Social Psychology, Psychological Science, Personality and Social Psychology Bulletin, and the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology
