Additional Opportunities:

The Center partners with companies whose support helps students become even more career-ready through practical experiences in sales competitions, resume critiques and mock interviews, elevator pitches, speed selling contests, business networking events. Job Postings:

To further generate awareness of your company's participation our fall fair, you may want to post your positions in the NACElink site at https://www.cco.purdue.edu/Employers/post_a_job.aspx .  These positions are visible to all students who have an account with the Center for Career Opportunities (CCO).

General job postings: these postings are visible to all Purdue students and alumni. You can login to the CCO to view applicants, have their resumes emailed to you, or you can direct them to apply on your website. After you login click "Post (non OCR) jobs to Purdue only (free listing)" and enter the posting(s) info.

Job Posting Notes:

• Create a separate posting for each position. Individual postings are more effective than general, catch-all, postings.

• Set the posting date (when students can see it) for on or after August 21st (first day of the semester).

• At the beginning of the posting list any Purdue career fairs or on-campus events you are attending.

• We recommend leaving the posting(s) open for at least a few weeks, preferably longer, unless you have strict deadlines.

• Seeking Full-Time hires? Consider including recent graduates in your grad date option.

• Do you have global operations? Please post info/links to your global positions

Searchable Resume Books:

You will have access to search and contact students using the CCO resume books. Use the search features to target your search. You can view resumes, email top candidates, export to Excel or generate a resume book. It is a great tool to target students before the fair. Invite them to stop by the fair, attend your presentation or view your job postings.

To access the books, login to your NACElink@Purdue account and click the “Resume Books” tab. Resumes included are set to the students’ default resume. If you prefer to include other non-business majors you can request a customized resume search on the CCO website: www.cco.purdue.edu/ResumeSearch.aspx.
