Change of Degree Objective (CODO)
Process for Students Interested in Health and Human Sciences (HHS) Majors
May 14, 2012 through August 17, 2012
This includes students who want to CODO into an HHS major, add a second major or degree, and HHS students who want to switch to another HHS major.
Please follow the steps listed below.
NOTE: YOU MUST MEET WITH THE APPROPRIATE HHS UNIT ACADEMIC ADVISOR BEFORE BEING ELIGIBLE TO CODO, ADD A SECOND MAJOR OR DEGREE AND/OR IF YOU ARE AN HHS STUDENT WHO WISHES TO SWITCH TO ANOTHER HHS MAJOR.
PLEASE CALL (765) 494-8533 OR COME TO MTHW 126 TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT.

General Information about CODO Requirements and Processes

Step 2: |
Contact HHS Student Services by calling (765) 494-8533 or going to MTHW 126 to set up an appointment with a unit advisor. |
Step 3: |
Complete the HHS CODO Interest Form: (CODO interest form) |
Step 4: |
Download option sheet(s) for HHS major(s) that interests you and enter your grades for the classes you have completed. |
Step 5: |
Bring your completed HHS option sheet(s) to your appointment with the appropriate HHS unit Academic Advisor. |
Step 6: |
Seek further information if needed and/or complete the CODO process if you are eligible.After your meeting with the appropriate HHS unit Academic Advisor, you may utilize walk-in hours or schedule an appointment to meet with the appropriate advisor. The chart below indicates who you should contact. |

| You don’t meet CODO requirements and want to explore your options | You want to complete the CODO Process. |
| You meet CODO requirements and are ready and eligible to CODO into an HHS major. |

To cancel your attendance at a meeting contact Heather Smith. Please be sure to provide your Name, Major you are interested in, and the Time and Date of the meeting you were scheduled to attend.
