Our senior students participate in an international series in which they are managers twice during the semester. HTM 492 is an advanced foodservice management course required for senior HTM students. This course provides students with an opportunity to practice their managerial skills in a realistic restaurant environment. Students plan, organize, prepare, and serve a different, four-course international or American regional dinner Tuesdays through Thursdays of each week. Come and enjoy cuisine from around the world.
