Wellness Achievement: The Apples

(January 2, 2008 - November 7, 2008)

Maintain or improve your health by learning more about health and/or taking part in educational programs that promote skills for healthy lifestyles. Those who completed their HPQ by April 30, 2008, and complete five of eight apples between January 2 and November 7, 2008, will earn an additional $250 (before taxes) incentive, to be paid in 2009.
