  • Consulting Firm: LHD Benefit Advisors

LHD, a full-service employee benefits firm, was established in 1999 (as LoCascio Hadden & Dennis) and has grown to become one of the top benefit advisory firms in Indiana. We partner with like-minded employers who have a genuine interest in improving the physical and financial well-being of their employees. LHD understands the distinctions of higher education, having worked with several Indiana colleges and universities including: DePauw University, Indiana Wesleyan University, Earlham College and Anderson University.

LHD provides technical expertise through a team of experienced benefit professionals in important areas such as benefit strategies, plan evaluation and design, benchmark analysis, ACA compliance, population health, wellness integration, on-site clinic integration, vendor assessment, employee communication, and benefit administration.

Over the last few years, LHD has been on the forefront of the Population Health movement. Population Health leverages multiple objective data sources to help employers make informed decisions about the benefits and programs that they offer to employees. By gaining a baseline understanding of the healthcare needs and risks employee populations are facing, LHD delivers impactful strategies that improve healthcare accessibility and quality of care.

Jeff Hadden and Mary Delaney from LHD will be leading the team for LHD. They both have experience working with employer and student health centers to find opportunities for efficiency and advancing outcomes.
