Walk to 5 campus buildings to visit 5 different nutrition related displays, test your knowledge and enter to win Apple iPod prizes. The five displays will feature information on portion distortion, beverages and sugar content, healthy snack foods, food myths and high fat menu selections with low fat alternatives.

Consideration of the impact of environmental factors and policies on health and health behaviors is crucial component to enabling individuals and communities to improve nutrition and increase physical activity. This symposium will feature several speakers to increase awareness of national, state and local efforts to promote healthy eating and physical activity in the community using environmental and policy approaches. Additional time will be provided for questions and discussion during a panel presentation during the latter part of the symposium.
