Giving Recognition Levels
Recognition is based upon support for one or any combination of Global Affairs funds or scholarships. Endowed and/or active annual funds are included. Donors are recognized at the single highest level for which they qualify. In addition, donors will be welcomed into the corresponding level of Purdue President’s Council family.
$50,000 or higher in gifts or pledges
Join the family of Global AMBASSADORS as donors who demonstrate a strong belief in supporting Purdue’s global efforts and want to see results expand through their generous giving. They may make a one-time gift or a pledge of up to five years in length. Global AMBASSADORS will be recognized in the Global Affairs “Purdue G.O.L.D.” E-publication and on an 9” x 12”individual plaque within the respective office supported. They will also be treated to a special dinner with the Chief Global Affairs Officer during which they will receive a symbolic Global Affairs gift. At this level, there is opportunity to establish or add to a named endowed fund.
$25,000 or higher in gifts or pledges
Join the family of Global DIPLOMATS as donors who give generously to support their belief in Purdue’s global efforts through a one-time gift or a pledge of up to three years in length. Global DIPLOMATS will be recognized in the Global Affairs “Purdue G.O.L.D.” E-publication and on a brass plate attached to a large plaque at Schowe House or the International Programs office. They will also receive a certificate of appreciation. This is the minimum level to establish or add to a named endowed fund.
$10,000 or higher in gifts or pledges
Join the family of Global LEADERS: donors who give charitably at this level support the programs, events, scholarships, and policy study of Global Affairs that boost global understanding. This may be done through a single gift or a pledge of up to three years in length. Global LEADERS will be recognized in the “Purdue GOLD” E-publication and will receive a certificate of appreciation.

Join the Global SCHOLARS family with your generous gift to support Purdue students who study abroad, serve as policy scholar interns, or for incoming international students.
