Each semester, several types of data are collected about the organizations which are a part of Fraternity, Sorority and Cooperative Life. This information is shared in the semester report. The expectations for reporting are outlined below:
Each chapter and house is responsible for having their new members/neophytes complete a Membership Form. This form should be completed at the beginning of the new member/intake process and only needs to be completed once.
New Member Education Guidelines and Program Submission
This form should be completed before the new member/intake process begins. All dates, and descriptions should be included in the form via the file upload or text entry.
To upload your organization's service hours for the semester use this form. Service hours can be logged by any member of the organization. If the hours are logged individually the members will be able to view them on the Co-Curricular Transcript (CCT). If they are logged as a group, ie. by a service chair, they will not appear on an individual member's CCT.
All philanthropic donations, monetary or otherwise, should be logged through the Philanthropy Report form. It is recommended that this be completed after each donation.
Registration and Roster Updates
All organizations are responsible for updating their roster and registration, including officers, on BoilerLink. Members who are graduating should not be removed from the roster until the beginning of the semester following their graduation. Registrations must be re-submitted after each election.
Discontinuation of Membership
If a member leaves your organization, send a message to your FSCL advisor to notify them. This information may be compared to national rosters.
Formally known as an Event Planning Form (EPF) this is now a completely electronic process coordinated through the BoilerLink system. To submit an activity form, all you need to do is create an event under your organization page on BoilerLink. Remember that call-outs, general member meetings, rituals/ceremonies, and small supply purchases are the only types of events that DO NOT have to be registered. All other events should be registered on your organization's BoilerLink page.
Social Function Registration
Social functions should be registered with your organization's governing council. Please contact the FSCL office at (765) 494-5990 if you have any questions on this or any other process.
