Student Health Center

Graduate student staff and undergraduate student administrative and professional assistants are eligible for services at the Purdue University Student Health Center. Eligibility for faculty and staff is limited to the following: (1) cases involving worker’s compensation and certain emergency situations, (2) for ancillary services (laboratory, radiology, and physical therapy) with a written referral from an outside physician, (3) for allergy and immunization services, TB testing, University travel immunizations and medications and Hepatitis B immunizations for staff at risk for occupational exposure, and (4) cases involving musculoskeletal injuries sustained as the result of participation as a fee-paying enrollee in the Adult Fitness Program or Recreational Sports staff program.

In emergency situations, call 911. The emergency medical technicians on the scene will assess the situation and determine the medical facility that will best benefit the patient.
