General: Employment Policies

Smoking Policy on Campus

Smoking in University facilities is prohibited in all buildings, shelters, indoor and outdoor athletic facilities, and indoor and outdoor theaters. The policy also prohibits smoking by those standing or walking in parking garages but allows smoking in the garages by people enclosed in their personal vehicles. Smoking is permitted beyond a minimum of a 30-foot perimeter around a University facility.
