Payroll Direct Deposit

The University provides an automated direct deposit service for employees, which automatically deposits a pay advice/stub in an employee’s bank or credit union account(s). To use this service, simply complete a direct deposit authorization form, which is available from a supervisor, the payroll department or online at www.purdue.edu/payroll under “Forms.”

Employees can view and/or print their Pay Advice/Stub through Employee Self Service (ESS). ESS can be accessed online at https://erp-portal-prd.itap.purdue.edu/irj/portal. Employees can also use ESS to modify direct deposit information.
