The Office of the Vice President for Ethics and Compliance (VPEC) oversees the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), formerly the Affirmative Action Office, and the University Policy Office. We are responsible for Title IX and equal access and equal opportunity policies. We also are responsible for compliance and ethics training; compliance standards and procedures; development and revision of university policies; and the direction of the University's system-wide ethics and compliance programs as they apply to the four campuses, Statewide Technology, the Office of the President, and all university programs and activities.
