Campus Accessibility Guide
This guide, which details special facilities such as wheelchair-accessible restrooms, ramps, and elevators, will help those with physical disabilities find their way around campus. The guide also points to the many services available to those with disabilities

Reasonable Accommodation Process and Forms

If you are an individual who is employed at Purdue University and are requesting reasonable accommodation(s) under the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (ADA) and the ADA Amentments Act of 2008, you are encouraged to arrange a time to meet with Marcy Hintzman, Assistant Director for Compliance and Disability Services in the Office of Institutional Equity, or Pat D. Russell, ADA/Leaves/CDL Program Consultant in Human Resource Services. At this meeting, we ask that you bring with you:
