Monica S. Bloom, Director
The Director of the Office of Institutional Equity (OIE), is responsible for the development and implementation of the University's affirmative action program and ensuring equal access and equal opportunity on campus.
Michele Bartlett, Assistant Director, Equity in Hiring
The Assistant Director, Equity in Hiring assists the University's hiring supervisors with staff recruitment and selection, including diversifying staff ranks, and oversees the University's veterans outreach program.
Crystal Dombkowski, Assistant Director, Information Resources
The Assistant Director, Information Resources is involved in all things data in OIE, such as the Affirmative Action Plan, Faculty Salary Equity Study, and Staff Compensation Analysis.
Marcy Hintzman, Assistant Director, Compliance & Disability Services
The Assistant Director, Compliance and Disability Services works with faculty members and search committees throughout the faculty hiring process and coordinates disability programming and services for the campus.
Erin Oliver, Assistant Director, Conflict Resolution
The Assistant Director, Conflict Resolution handles complaints of discrimination and/or harassment brought to OIE.
Kimberly Mayes, Secretary
Handles all aspects of faculty search and screen from the opening search request to the closing paperwork and serves as secretary to the director.
Rhonda Wilson, Secretary
Serves as the Young Hall key deputy, secretary/receptionist for the 10th floor of Young Hall, and supports the assistant directors of OIE.
