Technology Leadership & Innovation Tenure Track or Tenured Professor (002815-2013)

The Department of Technology Leadership & Innovation (TLI) at Purdue University's West Lafayette campus invites applications for two tenure-track or tenured professor positions to begin in August 2013. TLI is an undergraduate and graduate degree-granting department in Purdue's College of Technology that is designed to prepare students with knowledge and skills related to global leadership in technology and innovation, systems, and policy in order to prepare them for positions in technology enterprises.

Requirements: This strategic position is focused on teaching, scholarship, and engagement as is required for tenure and promotion in rank. Particularly sought are candidates with expertise in the area/s of: Technology Leadership; Leadership Theory and Development; Technology and Innovation Management in Product and Process Development; Leadership of scientists, engineers, and technology professionals; Implementation of policies and practices to foster innovative organizations and behaviors; Technology Policy; Global Technology Issues; Building Innovation Capacity.

Qualifications: Individuals should have an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline and a record of scholarship and experience in an area/s listed above.
