Associate/Assistant Professor in Mechanical Engineering Technology (002568-2011)
Requirements: The Department of Mechanical Engineering Technology at Purdue University invites applicants for two tenure-track Assistant/Associate Professor positions at its West Lafayette, Indiana Campus in the areas of Energy Sustainability, and Technology for Life/Health Sciences to begin August 2012. A successful candidate for either of these positions will be expected to teach at the undergraduate and graduate level, establish collaborative externally-funded research or industrial projects, maintain an active scholarship agenda, develop curricular materials and laboratory experiences, and promote the Mechanical and Manufacturing Engineering Technology programs through national/international engagement.
Requirements: Applicants must have a Ph.D. in relevant experience; prior teaching experience and professional registration are highly desirable.
