Clinical Assistant Professor (002613-2012)
The Department of Technology, Leadership and Innovation (TLI), at Purdue University West Lafayette campus invites applications for a Clinical (non-tenure track) Assistant Professor position starting August 2012. TLI is an undergraduate and graduate degree-granting department in the College of Technology that is designed to prepare students with the skills for global technology leadership, innovation and policy intended for developing leaders for technology enterprises.
Responsibilities: This strategic position is focused on teaching; however, scholarship in related areas is required for promotion in rank. Particularly sought are candidates with expertise in the areas of global technology leadership including innovation and policy, strategic enterprise leadership in technology, technology and innovation management, change management, as well collaborative work environments. The selected candidate is expected to be able to contribute to the overall development of the primary discipline area through strong teaching, engagement, and scholarship.
Qualifications: Individuals should have an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline (master’s degree with appropriate experience will be considered). The department encourages those with documented expertise in leadership, technology policy, organizational behavior, or a related area to apply.
